EXPLANATIONS REGARDING APPLICATIONS TO OUR COMPANY UNDER LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVK Law), individuals defined as the “data subject” are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.
According to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, requests related to the implementation of this Law must be submitted to the data controller via the following methods.
Bioblas is a brand of BİOTA Bitkisel İlaç ve Kozmetik Laboratuvarları A.Ş. (BİOTA/Data Controller/ Company). For personal data collected under the Bioblas brand, BİOTA is the responsible data controller.
In this context, written applications submitted to our Company must be completed using the sample Application Form provided below, signed, printed, and then delivered in person by the applicant, or transmitted via a notary, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, registered email address, or the email address previously provided to and registered in our system. Should additional information be needed to assess your request, we will contact you. Your application will be finalized at no charge; however, if any expense is incurred, a fee determined under the relevant legislation may be charged.

Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date they are received, by the second paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP (KVKK) Law, depending on the nature of your request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically under the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant PDP ( KVKK) Law.
